Established and led by faculty and alumni of IIM-IIT and eminent civil servants, and industry leaders, Maxel Leadership Council is a Non- Government Organization (Section 8, Not For Profit Company) which fosters character-based leadership, expands leadership potentials among unprivileged sections, and helps professionals in different fields to improve their management and leadership abilities and skills to excel in their chosen areas through our innovative educational interventions at different levels.

Our Founders
Dr. M. Ashraf Rizvi, the founder of Maxel Leadership Council, was an eminent academician and author with over three decades in academics. Before taking voluntary retirement from the job to work for the educational upliftment of the weaker sections of the society, Dr. Rizvi served as Professor in IIM Indore and IIT Dhanbad. He also served as the Director of Jaipuria Institute of Management in Delhi & Lucknow. Dr. Rizvi passed away on May 08, 2022.
Dr. Rizvi authored 11 books (5 of them published by McGraw Hill Education) and over 100 articles, papers, reviews, and cases published in national and international journals. Dr Rizvi designed and conducted innovative management and leadership development Courses for public sector as well as private sector companies. He served as a consultant to several companies and government departments and agencies including Ministry of Home, Government of India, Ministry of Health, Government of Madhya Pradesh, IPCA Pharmaceuticals, Kotak Life Insurance, ONGC, etc.
Ms. Rehana Tabassum, wife of late Dr. M. Ashraf Rizvi is the co-founder of Maxel Leadership Council. Ms. Tabassum being a supportive wife helped Dr. Rizvi push his limits, achieve his dreams and become successful in life.
