Payments, Credits and Refunds

Maxel Leadership Council entitles you to claim for a refund if you are not satisfied with your course. To request a refund, you can write to us or call us not more than ten days after the start of a course. If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next course purchase or credited back to your bank account.
