LEADERSHIP LEVEL: Middle to Senior Management

Maxel Leadership Council offers offline programme in Leadership Development Programme (LDP), a three-day, 36 Hours intensive simulation-based engagement for leaders from academia, industry, SMEs as well as for new and future entrepreneurs to help them advance their leadership skills and build their capacity to lead successful change. (Dates will be notified on the website) Through simulations, games, leadership frameworks, and team exercises, the participants gain insight into the mindset of high-performance leaders, and learn to tap into their own strengths to influence and lead with impact. The programme explores different facets of leadership, such as how to create inspiring visions, align, inspire, and motivate people, build high-impact teams, build commitment, and manage resistance to change.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING
The programme incorporates small group and personalised coaching supported by a pre-programme intervention that includes a simulation, self-study, team interactions, a team project, etc.

- LEAD Simulation Project: 6 Hours
- Face to Face Sessions: 15 Hours
- Capstone: 3 Hours
- Assignments/Team projects: 8 Hours
- Team Meetings/Interactions: 4 Hours
